Requirements

  • ALL Cox College ASN and BSN Nursing Program Applicants Must

    • Be admitted to Cox College. Once you are admitted, you will receive email communication from your admissions counselor notifying you of your admission!
    • Submit final copies of all prior transcripts. If you have already been admitted and have taken additional courses at another college, please send us an updated transcript reflecting those classes.
    • Submit your program application through your Student Portal under the Admissions tab – My program applications.
    • Complete your TEAS exam prior to the March 1st deadline. Information about the TEAS is included below. Note: TEAS Exam is not required for LPN applicants.

 

TEAS Exam Helpful Information

Please Note: You do not need to sign up for an exam time ahead of time. We encourage you to have the products added to your account and have read through all the resources on this page before you plan to test. On test day, please log in to your ATI account during a proctoring window and you will be able to start.  Remember, if you need to trouble shoot technical difficulties during your exam, you will need to contact ATI directly at 800-667-7531.

Please Note: the TEAS exam is being remotely proctored meaning you will be able to take it from wherever you would like with reliable internet.  You will need to plan to start your test during the testing window, but will have 3.5 hours from the time you start to complete the exam.  For example, if the testing start time says 2-4 PM, you can start at 2, 3, or 4, but not at 4:30.  From your start time, you have 3.5 hours.
